Rona Glynn-McDonald is a Kaytetye changemaker, storyteller, and creative leader from Central Australia. Raised on Arrernte Country in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), she was the founding CEO of Common Ground, a First Nations-led not-for-profit amplifying First Nations voices through storytelling, and co-founder of First Nations Futures, which drives economic justice and wealth redistribution for First Nations communities.

With a background spanning economics, narrative change, and music, Rona has built and scaled ventures that centre systems change, cultural strengthening, and storytelling for social impact. Her leadership has attracted significant community and philanthropic investment, amplified the voices and perspectives of the most marginalised people in this continent and delivered impact across diverse sectors, from truth-telling and education to business, arts and music.

Recognised as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, and University of Melbourne Rising Star, Rona’s approach to entrepreneurship is grounded in systems change, cultural regeneration, and creating futures where First Nations people have the power and resources to meet their aspirations, on their own terms.
